3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial with limited credits. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Credits: Each plan includes a monthly allocation of credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credit top-up packs, once purchased, are non-refundable but do not expire while your account is active.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

4. Content Ownership & License

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using Mindloom, including text, images, audio, video, and code outputs. We do not claim any rights to your generated content.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts and inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs and providing the Service. We do not use your content for training AI models.

Third-Party Models: Content generated through third-party AI models is subject to those providers' respective usage policies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and the output policies of the underlying AI providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mindloom to:

• Generate illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals without consent
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Produce spam, phishing content, or malware
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or platform code
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization
• Use automated tools to access the Service outside of provided APIs

6. Cancellation & Refunds

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. Mindloom does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output.

9. Intellectual Property

The Mindloom platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself. Your right to use the Service is limited to the license granted under your subscription.

How to Request a Refund

After the 7-Day Window
