Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment information through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including features accessed, content generated, credits consumed, timestamps, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the product and provide customer support.

Content You Create: When you use Mindloom's creative studios (Writer, Image Gen, Voice, Video, Code, Brand Voice, Custom Chat), we temporarily process your prompts and inputs to generate outputs. See Section 4 for how we handle your content.

Technical Data: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and referring URLs when you visit our website. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Mindloom platform
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription
• Send you account-related communications (receipts, billing alerts, security notices)

3. How We Share Your Information

• AI Model Providers: Your prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, Stability AI, etc.) to generate content. These providers process your data according to their respective API data policies, which generally prohibit using API inputs for model training.
• Payment Processing: Stripe processes your payment information. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics: We use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how users interact with our platform.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

4. Your Content & Data Ownership

You own your content. All text, images, audio, video, and code you generate using Mindloom belongs to you. We claim no ownership or rights over your outputs.

We do not train on your data. We never use your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your creative work is private to your account.

Temporary processing only. Your prompts are sent to AI providers solely to generate the output you requested. We do not retain copies of your prompts or outputs beyond what is necessary for the service (displaying your history, allowing re-downloads, etc.).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest for sensitive data, secure authentication with hashed passwords, and regular security audits. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Generated content history is deleted along with your account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
